The details to fill in the Sales Team Structure Table come from your Catchment Map Tool.
Enter the names of your patches as identified in the catchment map tool.
Enter the names of your current Agents and the patch they are working together with the GCI they are currently producing and their future potential. ( Be very realistic here!)
If your current agents are not working a patch because they are experienced and getting the required average GCI just put their name at the bottom of the table – if they are not achieving GCI then assign them a patch.
It is likely that you will have a number of patches that have not got an Agent servicing them yet so just enter "Recruit" as their name.
