Important note regarding Mindset

To create the best Vision for your Agency you must think at a level higher than daily operations.
To facilitate this it is helpful to think of your role while building the vision as that of the Company director.
It is the role of the Company Director to deliver an acceptable result to the company shareholders .
This is a responsibility that is subtly, but importantly, different from an Agency Principal who is charged with the daily running of the business in a legal manner as profitably as possible.
The MOST POWERFUL way to create the vision is to involve those who will make it a reality. This is a process where your team's involvement is invaluable. You can do it by yourself or you could use these prompts to run a workshop for your team so they have input to the vision.

An easy way to compile this list is to think of 3 people who - if you could clone them would lead your company to market domination then list the characteristics of each of these people, and select the most relevant and important attributes you want to adopt as your core values
